Brandon concentrates his practice on the organization and maintenance of corporations and limited liability companies. He has significant litigation experience both in the Virginia state courts and in alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining the bar, Brandon worked in banking and securities regulation. He uses that business-oriented experience to assist General Counsel, P.C.'s clients in issues that arise throughout the lifespan of their companies.
Brandon received his J.D., cum laude, from the George Mason University School of Law (2006), where he was a member of the George Mason Law Review and a legal research and writing fellow. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from the College of William and Mary (1998).
