before 10th st.
We meet upstairs.
Parking: Ticket machines allow you to pay with cash or debit/credit card and put the ticket in your window for
up to 4 hours.
Parking is on the Fairfax St. side.
Breakfast: Please arrive at 7:45 am (or earlier) to order breakfast and specialty drinks. At Arlington NOW we do not charge a set fee, but we do ask that you patronize Northside Social and either purchase coffee and/or breakfast from them at the counter before you come up to the meeting. Thank you!

As a Small Business Real Estate Specialist with the RE/MAX Commercial Division, Anne helps ensure the success of small businesses by finding them the best spaces. Her services include selecting geographic sites, finding retail and office spaces, negotiating leases and contracts, consulting on custom build-outs and improvements, expanding or relocating existing businesses, opening new locations, and assisting with commercial/mixed use purchases. She can also find buyers or tenants for commercial property owners.
An almost-native Washingtonian, she grew up in the Washington Metro area and graduated from Georgetown University. Prior to starting her real estate practice in 2002, she managed corporate marketing campaigns for national builders, restaurant groups, and local retail businesses. She continues to offer business development services to help her clients launch and grow their businesses.
The best part? Her real estate services are usually free to small business owners who are looking to lease or buy space.
Anne is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Realtors® Commercial Alliance, Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, Women in Retail Real Estate, and Ladies Who Launch.
